Customer Service Sucks, India Tech support, conflicting prices.

So, I ordered the Rosetta Stone Spanish and had a problem so I called Tech support. ( oh Im sorry we are closed on the weekend call back Monday. So I called back Monday and India Answered...I'm like oh great it was completely annoying. So I'm busy during the days Calif time and unable to call tech support because they are primarily East Coast Hours. Isn't that great...a multimillion dollar company that offers no tech support in the evenings Nor on the weekends. I would have needed tech support if the Direction matched what happens when you insert the CD. Also I paid 236.00 for Spanish level one that I ordered when I called the number on the commercial, then today I went to their website and found it for 199.00 and free shipping.(This is called Passing the buck) SO now Im over it completely, called customer service like 5 times now and someone claiming to be a supervisor DOES NOT have the authority to refund and now they want me top pay for shipping the product back. Apparently someone is supposed to call me tomorrow but in all honestly they don't really give a shit. So if you would like to order a product from a company who has no evening Tech support, no weekend tech support and sells us out to overseas labor ( tech support )who also has two different prices on the same product 199.00 and 236.00 sorry we have 20 million unemployed in the country and plenty ( thousands of x military wounded that would be great ful to have the jobs....we'll work weekends too. This is called corporate Greed people ( bastards) ohh forgot the headphones are from China too. They probably have the packing printed overseas too. Don't order...just don't do it..rise up against the corporate machine.
