Not buying it.

I am no longer considering the purchase of the Rosetta Stone's Spanish program after reading these reviews. My primary reason for changing my mind is all the bad press about their customer service and support, as well as the installation and tech problems. Not willing now to spend the money, even though the reviews for the actual language learning are relatively favorable.
