Beware of Rosetta Stone Scams

I am writing this to warn others who might be fooled like I was.

I ordered the Rosetta Stone language software after hearing great reviews and was very excited when Rosettastoneprogram sold it for a cheaper price. They claimed they were an agency for RS and their website looked pretty good (like RS).

I was very excited to receive my item and begin learning.I received an e-mail 5 days later telling me that the plane that was shipping my item to me had complications due to bad weather and therefore my product was lost. They wanted to send me another version but they were out of stock. I checked their website and they were still advertising the product as on sale. My friend also bought from them and the product was in stock! (They have not received product either.)

They have fed me a pack of lies and now that there is a problem, I have tried to contact them but they are not responding. Buyers out there trying to get special offers on RS, beware.
