Didn't work for me

For me, this is probably the worst language system I have ever tried. Why? Because I am a visual learner, and have a strong visual memory; I like to see a word or a sentence spelled to memorize it. The set of CD's that I received, Pimsleur Cantonese, had no writing materials coming with it, and the whole course was pretty much useless for me.
