I've just begun working on the online version for Farsi and truly enjoy it. I would have to agree with some of the other posts regarding grammar difficulties. I've studied other languages in a classroom setting before and have a strong grasp of grammar and don't have any problems with understanding the points that the program brings up but for someone who has a weak grasp of grammar or has never studied another language, some of the pictures may be difficult to understand. We'll see how things go, but I have had a positive experience with customer service and have received promp answers to my questions.
