My experience with RosettaStone couldn't be worse. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. In fact I don't think one
exists. Absolutely appalling. I found so many questions using the Italian course that their so called customer service people couldn't answer I decided to sent the course back for credit. Easy, right? Wrong. Very, very wrong! If you express interest in buying they will answer the phone. If you have a question there "are no operators available." And if you call their 800 number no one is home.
They have a solid wall that cannot be penetrated and I have absolutely no doubt that they have intentionally made it difficult to the point of exasperation so you will give up and keep it.
My caution to everyone considering this worthless program is: absolutely don't buy from a kiosk because you can't return it there, pay with a credit card and specifically ask if you can return it for full credit. This company's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my sixty-six years. In a word it's "buyer beware."
