Great program

The consistent theme through all the negative reviews is people looking for a "silver bullet". NO course of instruction or computer program will teach one anything, especially something so linked with childhood development like language, just because one spent the money on it. The program is good for providing a foundation but like anything the user must have the persistence, self-discipline, and devote time to ensure success. My software and hardware (headphones) have always worked fine so I cannot comment on the quality of technical support. I recommend the program to anyone who has the motivation to sit down and learn, and who realizes these kind of skills require PRACTICE. Use the program to get the base, then supplement with newspaper/internet articles and library books in the target language, and maybe some travel to a region where the language is used. Don't expect results without effort.
