I have all 3 levels of the English program. I agree that Level 1 could be too repetitive and there is a lack of fun element in the learning. Level 3 is more challenging for learners. Nevertheless it has its uses for new learners especially as the learning curve is slower. Yes, I agree with the difficult working relationship and ultimately this element may be a crucial element to decision making for further purchases.
