Rosetta Stone's services for institutional-level customers are abysmal. The rep that I purchased language sets from directed me to the wrong tech department where I was put on hold for 20 minutes. The tech support people directed me back to my customer rep - the two departments seem to have no contact with each other.
And the supervisor I finally spoke to in frustration informed me I needed to start all over again with new licenses and then shut down the one license that was still supposed to function.
Directions on installing are opaque. I would not recommend buying this if you have the least need for technical support.
It has been 5 weeks now of back and forth with Tech Support and my staff has not as yet even been able to try the language sets!
