Ms. Daphne Moore

(Lake Hopatcong, USA)

Growing up in Toronto, Canada, we learned Parisian French in school. My family travelled through Quebec in the summer and I found it difficult to be understood there unless I learned the Quebecois dialect. It's almost like two different languages!

I found it easier to be understood in Paris than I did in Quebec, especially in the outlying towns and villages.

But I am not really fluent in either, however, I am very motivated to be, since I love both places. Vive la difference!
