I think Rosetta Stone's customer service sucks, I had problems loading it onto my computer the first time and contacted customer service to resolve the issue which was resolved then a year later I bought a new computer and tried to load it onto the new computer but it wouldn't work so I called customer service and they informed me that I already had loaded it onto 2 computers (which I had not, only 2 times on the same computer) and I would have to show them proof that I was the original purchaser which I can not prove a year later. So I can not load it on my new computer and my son has my old computer with it installed but it is kind of inconvenient. Everyone beware to save the proof of ownership forever!
