I'm Disgusted! Native speakers (Spanish) speak too fast and sometimes run two or three words together as one. Instruction is poor. Their Customer Service stinks! They've outsourced their Customer Service. I can't understand half of what their foreign representatives say and they can't understand half of what I say. I downloaded V. 3 and now can't access the Rosetta Stone program at all. And, they're vastly overpriced for what they offer! I would not buy from this company again!
