I opened the packeage to discover headphones with ear-caps unattached and one of them had the copper of wires exposed. I inserted the Application disk into the drive and it did NOTHING. I turned it over and discovered why: a rubber-cement smear covered and area 1/4" x 1/4" on the edge. Two to four disks in each of the three envelopes in the box were similarly contaminated. One disk had three such spots.

So I won't know how Rosetta Stone works.
