Rosetta Stone (Mandarin) no good

I have had the Mandarin version of Rosetta Stone for a couple of years. I bought it cause they had a guarentee. My fault for not reading more into it, but only a 6 month guarentee. I happily went a long learning the rosetta stone Chinese, and did not find out it was full of mistakes will my wife (who is from China) told me it was not correct.

So I called Rosetta Stone and asked them to send me the updated version. They refused, said that I had to buy it all over again. What about the guarentee... well it was past 6 months so they do not care.
