Rosetta Stone On-Line Crashes

I purchased the Russian on-line version and it crashes after a few screens. They fail to respond to emails other than asking for the same information. I've waited for hours on the phone for their "advanced" technical support. They finally told me to disable my Norton Anti Virus program. My computer exceeds their specifications and I have high-speed internet connection. I'm asking for money back. I'll let you know how that goes.

Do you Know, I am so annoyed at a company that

won't even allow this in libraries anymore...not

to mention that when they were smaller known,

thier product was a 1/4 of the price it is now!


No, I stand corrected! An 1/8 of what it is now!

No one is allowed to rent them from a DVD company!

And then I hear this? All this does is keep the

people that need this from learning!!!

Rich people are the only

ones that can afford this language system, it's

disgusting! Rosetta Stone is starting to act like

they're CEO's of Merrill Lynch, which is gone! I

would flip if I spent that kind of money and they

were incoherent to my emails and waiting on the

phone.... Forget it!

I call to request the free software they have been offering. And it is nonexisting there are to busy tring to over talk you and get you credit card number. So i just hung up I just wanted to no what i am spending $200.00 on plus tax.
