Rosetta Stone Over Rated - Has Technical Problems

I used Rosetta Stone Spanish only for a short time. The program can be boring and slow moving. My main problem with the program, however, is technical in nature. My operating system is Vista Pro and Rosetta Stone did not like that system. I ended up spending more time with tech support than I did learning a language. I finally had to send it back for a refund. Tech Support was inadequate and no help. In my opinion my experience was a total waste of time. I would not recommend this company's product. They do not live up to their advertising.
