I would never never never buy another product from this company. Very poor customer support. Microphone has been a problem from the beginning, but after a lot of hassle, I finally got it to work.

I have now switched from a PC to an iMac. After installing my RosettaStone on my new iMac, I cannot active the program. I had originally installed it on our PC and a laptop (which it NEVER worked on, so I removed it from that computer). Since my old computers can no longer connect to the internet, I cannot "de-activate" the program. Customer Service will not give me a new activation ID without the actual receipt. The program (ALL levels, so $$$) was a Christmas gift in 2007, so I don't have the receipt. I have NEVER had this type of problem with other software companies.
