Study on your own but with an Advisor to Motivate you

by Rika

I tried Spanish few years ago at college. I didn't attend most of the lectures however I got much higher grades than most of my peers. They thought am taking private lessons but the fact is I learned it all on my own.

I had the grammer book so I already knew what I need to know about the formation of the sentences from it.vI took notes during my observations of different words and phrases. So these "discoveries" cemented themselves in my mind more because I'm the one who primerly found them. So that left a sense of winning and achievment. Much better than just copying what your instructor or teacher give you and study them by heart!

Oh and songs. Best way to keep the language in your mind, but make sure the song is written and spoken right. So sometimes I used to choose some of my favourite phrases and transfer them into songs.
