Worst piece of software ever!

I purchased Rosetta Stone software to brush up on my French prior to a visit to France. The software would not install. The software required an update to "TotalE." The update failed, the software crashed. I contacted their incredibly lame Customer Support that returned an e-mail 24 hours later with useless directions to follow. I replied immediately. 48 hours later I received another e-mail from their support, with another set of useless directions that didn't work. I replied immediately. 48 hours later, I received yet another e-mail asking me details of my computer, processor speed, and latest Windows update. Well, I took my time in responding as I was already in France in business meetings. I documented the entire failure process that was easily recreatable. I've asked for my money back, or at the very least a build of the software that works. I expect a response in 3 or 4 days ...

Don't buy this product. If an off the shelf piece of software won't install on your machine at a $500+ price point, it isn't worth the headache of dealing with the worst customer support on the planet.
